We currently ship within Australia only.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Cost & Delivery Times (Transit Time)

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of A$8, FREE on orders over A$99.

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of A$12, FREE on orders over A$149.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 business days for Standard Shipping, 1-5 business days for Express Shipping, depending on your location within Australia.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped using trusted Australian carriers, primarily Australia Post.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be provided automatically.

4. Delivery Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. EJO WORLD is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
